This entire website — including all menus, prices, team members, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and opening hours — is fictional and created purely as a design and development example. 2. Terms of Service (Example)

The following is an example of how Terms of Service might read on a real restaurant website. These terms are not enforceable and apply to no real business.

By accessing this demonstration website you acknowledge that:

• ◆All content, images, names, menus, prices, and contact details are fictional examples created for demonstration purposes only.
• ◆No reservations, orders, or purchases can be made through this website — all forms are non-functional simulations.
• ◆The design, code, and written content of this project may be used as a starting template for real website development, with appropriate customisation.
• ◆Stock images are sourced from Unsplash and are subject to the Unsplash License. They are used here for demonstration only and must be replaced or properly licensed for any commercial use.

3. Data Collection — None

This website collects zero personal data. Specifically:

• ◆The reservation form does not send any data anywhere. When you click "Confirm Reservation", a success message appears — but nothing leaves your browser.
• ◆The contact form does not send any data anywhere. Your name, email, and message are never transmitted or stored.
• ◆There is no database, no backend server, and no analytics service connected to this website.
• ◆The only information stored on your device is a single localStorage key (aurum_cookie_consent) that records whether you have dismissed the cookie banner. This stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

4. Cookie Policy (Example)

The following describes how a real restaurant website might use cookies. On this demonstration site, only one item of browser storage is used: the consent key described in section 3.

You can clear the banner choice at any time: Reset cookie preferences — the banner will reappear on the next page load.

5. Third-Party Resources

This demonstration website loads resources from two external services. These are outside our control and may log basic request data (such as your IP address) on their own servers:

• ◆Google Fonts — delivers the Cormorant Garamond and Jost typefaces. See Google's privacy policy.
• ◆Unsplash — delivers stock photography via CDN. See Unsplash's privacy policy.

On a real deployment, a developer may choose to self-host fonts and images to eliminate these third-party requests entirely.

6. Your Rights (Example)

On a real website, users typically have the following rights under data protection law (GDPR and equivalents). Since this site collects no data, none of these rights are applicable here — they are listed as an example for template purposes only:
